we have been forced to raise the free shipping to 300.00 due to THIEVES whom purchase product, get delivered and then commit FRAUD. Every package will require insurance so they will be in turn committing insurance fraud with the federal government. Little known fact, the USPS records a GPS coordinate when they deliver a package to a recipient, indisputable proof of delivery. In addition to insurance, adult signature will be required so the fraud will be impossible to commit going forward. Don’t get mad at the messenger, instead I will allow you to personally thank the thieves for your new requirements.

We all make mistakes, and I know we have made our fair share on a few recent orders. Going forward from 4-15-2022 we will require the mistake to be sent back. We will provide a pre-paid return label. If you opt to not return the mistake you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the merchandise and waive all rights for remediation. Once the error has been received back we will  proceed with correcting our error. The reason we will not just replace the item is due to a few dishonest people whom have received a replacement, and have not returned the mistake in order we made. Of those not returned they have ended up on the internet for sale. Compounding the issue a second hand buyer tried to claim to be an original purchaser and wanted a warranty replacement in a different configuration and color. Actions such as these cause prices to increase for everyone, not just through us, but this type of activity is very common these days.

Custom Orders :SPEED PASS

We offer a One Time Use Production Speed Pass for those trying to make a certain timeframe. Pending a Strike80holster Representative Approval and payment orders would "cut the line" to the front of our production line. 

You must utilize our contact method or IG and get the verified OK to proceed to the SPEED PASS and purchase that option at the time of your checkout. 

Next Day SHIPPING: 

we do not offer next day shipping at this time as not every location and due to the current overload of logistical methods is guaranteed.

Need your item by a specific timeframe?  Pending payment of order and express shipping selection, orders generally ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Thursday)

*Next business day shipping only applies to our Standard OWB/IWB Holster selections. This shipping method may still be selected for Custom Order OWB/IWB Holsters however lead times remain minimum 6 week and would ship with chosen shipping option at time of completion.

Fitment Information:

Non-weaponlight holsters utilize the Trigger Guard for retention and Light Bearing holsters rely on the weapon light as the main form of retention. For weapon light holsters use without the light is not recommended. 

Our Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-2 Weapon light holster molds are designed for use with GL key ONLY

Retention level is a user preference. Tight to some might feel loose to others and vs. versa. All holsters are test fit with actual firearms prior to shipping as part of our QC measures (blue guns/ training guns and drones are not real firearms 😏) Beings kydex is a moldable product the fit may vary by manufacturer tolerances.

 RMR Optic Cut is STANDARD on ALL our holsters, and will clear all commonly sized red dot sights that will fit the original Trijicon RMR dimensions. Larger sights RDS Optics as the Romeo 1 and TRijicon SRO will not fit due to either height or width. So you will need to specify what optic you are going to utilize.

All our holsters are designed to clear Aftermarket/Taller Suppressor sights up to .365" and below. 

Liability:

Strike80Holster can be of assistance in selecting the proper holster set up for your pistol/ pistol/light combination, while we are very knowledgeable and will assist as much as possible, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsiblity in making sure the correct holster set up is purchased as we do not offer returns. 

*while Strike80Holster can provide assistance in answering questions, please note some cases Google can be your best friend in finding answers. 

Returns/Warranty/Order Cancellations:

Strike80Holster does NOT offer returns or exchanges as items are Custom Made to buyers specifications. *buyer is responsible for purchasing correct pistol/pistol/light combination.

Warranty: 

Strike80Holster will warranty kydex products if deemed manufacture defect/flaw. Please contact Strike80Holster directly so we may assist and deem if it truly is a manufacture defect/flaw. 

*we welcome feedback about our products however, product/design preferences will not be deemed as a defect/flaw. 

Cancellations:

Orders cancelled prior to order shipment will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. 

*Materials and preparations are made once your order is accepted into our system along with multiple options for production speeds and shipping options that can well meet any needed timeframes.   

Strike80holster has put great thought into design, function and wear.  As with the nature of kydex material, all kydex holsters can cause wear on the slide. Our molds are oversized to minimize this wear, however Strike80Holster is not responsible for any slide wear caused.  Weapons are tools, tools are meant to be used. 

If wear is a concern, kydex may not be an option as they are not ideal for “safe queens”. 

All our holsters go through our QC measures and are test fit prior to shipping with the actual pistol/pistol light set up. Retention is set at a neutral level (tight to some may be loose to others vice versa) 

When using the correct pistol/pistol/light combination shooters have no issues, most fit/use issues are caused from improper pistol/pistol/light combination. 

Strike80Holster is a firm believer in belt mounted retention and feel the mythical upside down shaking test is a false representation of what actual retention should be. 

A shooters build/size, mission specific use and or EDC are all determining factors in necessary levels of retention. 

If ever inverted with holster/gun shaking violently in hand you should opt for Level II option. Please keep these factors in mind if retention happens to not be of user preference. 

Strike80holster strives to provide the highest quality and craftsmanship of Kydex products available but keep in mind of the above statement can influence a customers opinion. 

Pistol Parts, Rifle Parts, Accessories, Optics and Weaponlights:

Responsibility lies with buyer for purchasing correct items/parts and having install completed by a licensed gunsmith* 

Strike80holster is distributor of products any warranty issues or concerns are to be addressed with the product manufacture. 

Strike80holster follows all ITAR and Magazine Capacity State Regulations (CA, CN, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY & CO).

Please note Black is the default color any other color/design is considered Custom and an order must be placed to procure your custom materials. From time to time we will offer short runs in another common color and they will be considered standard ( see our GARAGE SALE section) but you will have a better chance of getting what you want as a custom order.

Any and all arbitration or litigation resulting from filing a fraudulent chargeback, or otherwise obtaining property under false pretenses will be held in Lancaster County SC
